🔹 1. The Business of Private Practice Clerkship

(For Medical Students, Residents, and Graduates)

This is a two-part experience for those who want to open or lead their own clinic one day.
You’ll complete a self-paced online module that guides you through building a business plan, understanding clinic operations, and designing your ideal practice model. Then, you’ll complete an in-person experience where you’ll shadow the inner workings of our leadership team and see what it takes to run a thriving clinic from the inside out.

You’ll learn:

• How to design a scalable, patient-centered clinic model
• Branding, staffing, billing, and cash-pay strategies
• The mindset shift from clinician to entrepreneur
• What to expect in startup vs. growth phases of private practice
• How to align business strategy with clinical excellence

🔹 2. Family Medicine Clerkship

(For Medical Students & Residents)

Our Family Medicine Clerkship offers a comprehensive, full-scope rotation for medical students and residents looking to master outpatient care. You’ll engage in chronic disease management, acute visits, preventive screenings, pediatrics, women’s health, and mental health—all under the mentorship of our experienced primary care team.

You’ll also gain exposure to aesthetic procedures like Botox, dermal fillers, and regenerative treatments—skills that many modern Family Medicine providers now incorporate into their practice.

You’ll walk away with:

• A strong foundation in full-scope primary care
• Practical skills in lifestyle medicine and wellness care
• Training in cosmetic injectables and non-invasive procedures
• The ability to confidently build longitudinal care plans

🔹 3. Nurse Practitioner Rotation

(For FNP Students)

This hands-on clerkship is built specifically for Family Nurse Practitioner students and emphasizes clinical confidence, independent thinking, and collaborative care. You’ll rotate through primary care visits, same-day sick appointments, wellness checks, pediatrics, mental health, and women’s health services.

In addition, you’ll gain cosmetic procedure training and insight into how NPs can integrate aesthetics into primary care settings.
